SQL Developer

Reporting to the Data Systems Manager, you’ll help deliver reliable data solutions and insights that make a real difference.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and maintain reports in SSRS and Power BI
• Build and optimize SQL/T-SQL code for reporting and data transformation
• Ensure data integrity across systems and provide actionable insights
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across tech and business teams
• Support data integration projects and contribute to continuous improvement
• Identify and rectify data anomalies and data quality issues across systems
• Liaise with business users and teams as required to extract user requirements
What we’re looking for:
• Strong SQL / T-SQL skills and experience with SSRS and Power BI
• Knowledge of data modelling, integration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of database access management and a broad understanding of security
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Working knowledge of Tabular / Multidimensional cubes (SSAS)
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Conduct root cause analysis
• Any knowledge of SolarWinds would be an added advantage
• Ability to create and optimize stored procedures
• Ability to create test scripts for unit testing and data validation
• Efficiently interpret and distill user requirements
