• Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and Demand Gen in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Own the strategy and execution for PPC campaign builds, analysis, testing and daily optimisation, aligned to commercial goals.

• Optimise and enrich product data feeds using Feedonomics and GMC, collaborating with Buying & Merchandising to improve visibility and performance across Shopping.

• Use automation, scripts and tagging best practices to streamline reporting, enhance accuracy, and save time – striving for scalable, repeatable success.

• Brief and test new ad assets, including video and imagery, working with our Creative Studio and brand teams.

• Build and maintain dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and other tools to drive data-led insights and decision-making.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging tech – AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini, PPC scripts, and smart bidding strategies – and apply them to gain competitive advantage.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, SEO and BI teams to unlock performance opportunities and fuel growth.

• Coach and support our Junior Paid Media Executive, delegating with intention and helping shape their development in Paid Media.

• Be part of a passionate, agile, one-team culture – ready to adapt, grow, and lead with energy and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX and Demand Gen.

• Proven success driving performance using automated bidding strategies, first-party data, and DDA.

• Expertise in feed management platforms (e.g. Feedonomics and GMC) and strong knowledge of how to optimise shopping feeds (titles, images, categories, custom labels).

• Advanced skills in GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager – with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes.

• Demonstrates resilience and thrives in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and remain solutions-focused under pressure.

• A passion for performance marketing, a growth mindset, and a desire to make a real commercial impact.

• Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how paid media contributes to wider business success.

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy across campaigns, tracking, and reporting.

• Confident communicator - able to present complex insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels, avoiding PPC jargon!

• Collaborative and team-oriented - works effectively with colleagues across brand, UX, analytics, and content.

• Strong coding/scripting ability (e.g. JavaScript, Google Ads scripts).

• Experience using or integrating AI/LLMs like ChatGPT/Gemini to streamline workflows.

• Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members.

• Exposure to international paid media campaigns or new market launches.
