You’ll be responsible for creation and delivery of onsite and email marketing activities for our digital content project. Developing campaign assets, tools and targeted content that serves the needs of our customers with maximum impact to drive awareness and ultimately sales. You will be developing our campaign strategy, making sure we have a clear plan in place to deliver value to our audience, our brand, and our stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role and the day-to-day focus will include elements of campaign delivery, report creation and interpretation alongside analysis. You will need strong organisational skills, creativity and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Focussing on the teacher audience, you’ll differentiate us, join in conversations to spark ideas and get us noticed amongst the crowd.

Your Role:

Some of the responsibilities of this exciting opportunity include:

o Deliver engaging onsite campaign content to meet brand/customer objectives, through great communication and planning alongside the Marketing and Buying teams

o Plan, create, build and implement onsite campaigns across all channels including onsite, email and across our social channels

o Email campaign management & build using email service provider – continuously looking for ways to improve KPIs. Keeping on top of set up and post campaign analysis.

o Analyse, digest and present information using Google Analytics and reporting tools, providing reports to assist in improvements across onsite campaign activity and email

o Strong focus on learning via Google Analytics monitoring – constantly interrogating the data and turning into actionable insight. Deliver reporting where appropriate.

o Improve onsite merchandising to maximise customer journeys, showcasing on the brand’s priority products and category areas, working closely with Buying.

o Produce & interpret reports

o Supporting the delivery of online activity

o Support on designing simple wireframes as and when required

About You:

You’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

o 2 years+ relevant digital experience

o Committed and enthusiastic with a real appetite for learning

o Relevant degree level education (or equivalent)

o Excellent written skills with attention to detail and a creative flair

o Previous experience of using a CMS

o Basic understanding of HTML, eager to learn

o Working knowledge of email marketing practice

o Working knowledge of Google Analytics

o Strong excel knowledge – usage and interpretation

o Must be able to highly motivated and able multi-task and prioritise workload

o Passionate about digital industry and new technology, with knowledge of the latest digital trends and developments
