The Mission

This is not a social media manager role. This is not a traditional copywriting job. This is a high-velocity, AI-First position where you will master GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).

You will work alongside educators and subject specialists to turn expert knowledge into multiple pieces of content that AI models (Google AI Overviews, Gemini, ChatGPT) love to read, understand, and - most importantly - cite.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prompt Engineering: Moving beyond "Write a post" to building complex, multi- step workflows that generate elite-level output.

• The "One-to-Many" System: Mastering the art of taking one expert topic and rapidly generating 20–40 high-authority assets (Guides, FAQs, and Social Content) per week

• Google AI Overviews & LLM Optimisation: Structuring content so it is perfectly formatted for AI Overviews and citations.

• Rapid Iteration: Testing what works, seeing what gets cited, and doubling down. We move fast and break things (then fix them with better prompts).

This is for you if...

• You’re AI Fluent: You have 2+ LLM tabs open right now. You don't just "use" ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot - you experiment with it.

• You’re High-Output: You prefer "Ship, then Iterate" over "Polish for three weeks." You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• You’re an Architect: You like building repeatable systems and templates rather than just doing one-off tasks.

• You’re looking to develop rapidly in an emerging discipline: You want to learn a skill (GEO) that will be the most valuable marketing asset of 2026.

1. The Guide: A structured "Expert Guide" (max 400 words) using headers and a table to map activities to EYFS learning outcomes.

2.The FAQs: 5 professional questions a Nursery Leader would ask an AI (with direct, fluff-free answers).

3. The Prompt: Include the specific prompts/instructions you gave the AI to ensure the tone was professional and authoritative.
