We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Core Systems (SAP) to lead the development, performance, and evolution of our core business systems including SAP and WMS.
As part of our Technology team, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business – from software engineering and infrastructure to exec-level stakeholders – making a direct impact on how we operate and scale.
What you’ll do:
• Own and lead the development of all core business systems
• Work with our leadership team to align technology with business strategy
• Drive upgrades, system improvements and day-to-day performance of our platforms
• Champion innovation while maintaining system stability
• Manage a high-performing team of developers and analysts
• Ensure delivery of tech projects on time and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and external partners
• Set high standards for testing, code quality, and security
• Lead vendor relationships and negotiate value-driven contracts

What we’re looking for:
• SAP experience is essential – including managing SAP teams and upgrades
• Proven experience in a senior tech leadership role

• Deep technical expertise in system architecture and engineering principles
• Strategic mindset with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions
• Experience managing vendors and tech partnerships
• A collaborative leader who fosters innovation and team development
