Order to Cash Business Analyst

Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Order to Cash (OTC) Business Analysis to join our expanding Technology team here at Findel as we continue our digital transformation. Reporting into the Head of Core Systems you will identify best fit solutions and make appropriate recommendations.

This role sits within the SAP technology team. As an OTC Business Analyst, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to work with all areas of the business, in particular the Customer Experience and Finance team.

What you will do

- provide day to day support of OTC processes

- work with customers (internal customer or external) to understand and deliver improvement initiative

- develop and deliver the OTC roadmap

- support technology colleagues and partners to understand and develop our processes

What we are looking for in you

• be a recognised expert on Order to Cash processes

• have a strong understanding of SAP SD and FICO processes and configuration

• Ability to resolve customer support incidents

• Designs, builds and document OTC improvements

• Works with developers to enhance solutions

• Drives efficiencies through automation

• Contributes to project estimates

• Supports key users through UAT phases of developments

• Manages escalation of incidents with 3rd party support partner

• Builds and mains sustainable relationships as a trusted partner of customers and colleagues

• Use of standard functionality where possible

From a technical perspective we expect the following for this job.

- Order to Cash configuration skills including SD & FICO

- Business analysis experience, ability to operate across functions

- Excellent communication and influencing skills with both internal and external customers and suppliers

- Project life cycle experience

- Testing and documentation in line with company policy and (ISO) procedures

- Ability to anticipate potential issues and manage proactively
