Your Role:

Reporting to the Campaign & Targeting Manager, some of the responsibilities of this great opportunity include:

o Use Business Intelligence tools to provide detailed analysis, insight, and reporting across all areas of the business.

o Maintain and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, including Marketing, BI & Tech Team.

o Support the Marketing plan by delivering campaign data accurately according to a brief and in a timely manner. This includes:

o Meeting with Marketing to understand requirements

o Building a campaign and producing customer files

o Accurately delivering the campaign back to the Marketing team on time

o Analysing campaign results

o Monitor and improve our data quality.

o Support the work of the Business Intelligence team, eg. by running regular MI & customer insight reports.

o Keep up to date with trends in the Education market and competitor activity, incorporating into analysis & insight where relevant.

About You:

We are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:

o Highly numerate – A level or above in a numerate/analytical discipline

o Proficient user of Excel, ideally able to produce pivot tables & VLookups

o Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills

o Able to manage workload according to agreed priorities and deliver to deadlines

o Strong attention to detail

o Communication skills

o Able to work both as part of team and independently.

o Able to prioritise

Experience with some, or all, of the following is desirable but not essential, as long as you have the willingness and ability to learn new skills:

o Experience working with databases, especially SQL Server

o Experience working with Power BI
