Findel Education is seeking a dynamic, commercially astute Senior Trade Manager to drive our global trade strategy across international and UK markets. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives on building distributor networks, launching tailored product ranges, and forging long-term partnerships with educational institutions and ministries.

What You’ll Do

• Lead trade growth strategy across multiple international regions
• Appoint and manage distributor and reseller networks
• Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop and launch market-specific product ranges
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to educators and procurement bodies
• Engage with Ministries of Education, NGOs, and global organisations
• Forecast and report territory performance with precision

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in international educational sales or trade development
• Experience managing distributor/reseller networks
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with institutional buyers
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Comfortable presenting, negotiating, and influencing at senior levels
• Willingness to travel internationally to deliver results
