Digital Experience Executive

Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that engage users and deliver results? At Findel we’re looking for a Digital Experience Executive to join our UX team and play a key role in enhancing our websites and email campaigns.
Reporting to the Head of UX Development, you’ll work closely with the UX, Brand, and Tech teams to ensure our digital channels are clear, accessible, and engaging. You’ll shape user journeys across our websites and email campaigns, combining UX thinking with hands-on technical skills in Umbraco CMS, HTML, and Dot Digital.
Your role:
• Build, update and maintain website content using Umbraco CMS and Builder.io, focusing on usability, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Create and execute onsite campaign content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Apply UX principles to structure content, navigation, landing pages, and calls to action.
• Deliver responsive, accessible, and SEO-compliant HTML email campaigns.
• Create and manage automated email journeys using Dot Digital and Fresh Relevance.
• Execute eCRM strategies including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven optimisation recommendations.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing across devices and browsers.
• Optimise landing pages using data insights and wireframes.
• Collaborate with Brand, BI, Buying &Merchandising and Digital teams to ensure campaign consistency.
• Use analytics and user feedback to improve web and email content.
About You:
Essential skills & experience:
• 2–3 years in digital marketing, with 2 years in eCRM
• Hands-on experience with Umbraco CMS and Builder.io (or similar enterprise CMS)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Proficient in HTML for email and web development
• Experience with automated email journeys and personalisation tools (Dot Digital, Fresh Relevance)
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop
• Analytical mindset with experience using BI dashboards and Google Analytics
• Ability to translate business needs into intuitive digital content
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and commercial awareness
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and prioritisation skills
Desirable skills & experience:
• Familiarity with CSS, especially Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of GDPR and digital compliance
• Experience with UX research or usability testing
• Passion for digital innovation and awareness of emerging AI trends
