We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and analytical individual to join our expanding Digital Team to influence and action our CRO strategy. If you are passionate about customer behaviour, optimising customer journeys, and you have a keen interest in all things digital marketing, this job role is for you.

The Role:

• Own the implementation of the CRO roadmap supporting experimentation at scale via a test and learn approach

• Identify and challenge customer behaviours through data

• Continuous measurement & review of experiment performance vs. KPIs

• Collaborate with colleagues across Product / Marketing to optimise website performance

• Evaluate the experience that customers have. Work to optimise this experience, maximising customer retention rates and lifetime value.

• Planning and implementing A/B tests via testing software

• Set up personalised user journeys and reports on the metrics

• Ability to manage your own workload; proactively picking up tasks

Your Experience:

• 2 years + experience in a similar role

• Digital marketing or business qualification

• Numerical and analytical

• Comfortable following and actioning a CRO strategy

• Strong understanding of optimisation and testing methods

• Strong analytics skills, being able to use data to identify opportunities and translate those into actionable recommendations

• A good understanding of the customer funnel, persona-focused content marketing

• Ability to work collaboratively with wider team such as Brand, Dev, BI

• Experience using Google Analytics or alternative data analytics platforms

• An understanding of end-to-end customer needs, journeys, and behaviours
