We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Campaign Executive here at Findel. Reporting to the Senior Digital Executive and based at Hyde (with hybrid working) you will be responsible for owning the delivery and creation of website and email campaigns for supplier marketing activity, across all Findel brands.

Working closely with Suppliers and internal teams, you will create bespoke campaigns for each supplier to drive revenue and engagement for all suppliers. As well as working on Supplier Activity, the role will also be supporting on in house digital marketing campaigns, such as home page and landing page updates and email marketing campaigns.

Your Role:

Some of the responsibilities of this great opportunity include:

• Manage all supplier marketing packages ensuring all activity goes out on time.

• Brief, build and report on various digital marketing assets e.g email, landing page and social.

• Assets to be created and built at a high standard following digital marketing best practice

• Analyse and present information using Power BI dashboard and reporting tools to analyse the success of campaigns.

• Improve onsite merchandising to maximise customer journeys by working closely with buying teams and suppliers.

• Responsible for ensuring marketing activity goes live on time and meets suppliers expectations.

• Support with in-house digital marketing campaigns as and when required.

• Passionate about digital marketing and can adopt new technologies, with knowledge of the latest digital trends and developments

• Great copy writing skills

About You:

We’re ideally looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Relevant degree level education (or equivalent) or 2 years + experience in a relevant digital role

(Example: Digital Marketing / Graphic Design / Marketing degree, Digital Marketing Apprenticeship)

• Reliable, committed and enthusiastic with a real appetite for learning about both product, sector and digital marketing

• Excellent written skills with attention to detail and a creative flair

• Previous experience of using a Content Management System / Email Service Provider

• Basic understanding of HTML

• Experience using creative software. E.g InDesign/Photoshop

• Knowledge of UX design

• Ability to create/execute campaigns with a creative flair, ensuring campaigns are eye-catching & successful

• Working knowledge of email marketing best practices

• Working knowledge of GA4 analytics and metrics

• Highly motivated and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

• Good presentation skills and experience with PowerPoint

• Can work individually and as a team

• Great communication skills (written and verbal), when communicating internally and externally
