SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst
Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Core Systems, the SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst be an integral part of our Technology team.
In this role you will collaborate closely with both the Technology team and Business teams. You will focus on analysing, optimising, and enhancing our Order to Cash processes within the SAP system. Your expertise in the SD and FI modules will be pivotal in aligning our processes with business needs, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
The role:
Some of the responsibilities of the fantastic opportunity include:
• Analysing Order to Cash Processes: Evaluate current processes, identify areas for enhancement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Identifying Automation Opportunities: Recognise and propose areas within the Order to Cash process where automation can enhance efficiency and accuracy, reducing manual intervention and error rates.
• SD and FI Development: Design, develop, and customise the SAP SD and FI modules. Work on order processing, billing, credit management, and pricing procedures, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• 2nd and 3rd Line Support: Provide advanced support for SD and FI-related tickets. Investigate and resolve user issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while adhering to SLAs.
• System Configuration: Configure the SD and FI modules for optimal performance. Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain functionality and data integrity.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use reporting tools to generate insights and provide accurate data analysis on Order to Cash performance. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and standardisation to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP SD and FI modules, ensuring effective system utilisation.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customisations, and development activities, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Supporting Process Improvement: Assist in improving processes for other applications used by Findel’s Customer Experience and Finance teams.
• Understanding our customers: Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs and ensure that changes and improvements to the Order to Cash process benefit them directly.
About you:
We’re ideally looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience as an SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst with expertise in SD and FI modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and FI functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes, including order management, billing, credit management, and pricing.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customisation, and development tools.
• Experience providing 2nd and 3rd line support for SD and FI-related issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
