Business Intelligence Analyst

Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract, starting in March 2025 for ca. 11 months.

Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence, you will provide key insights to drive data-informed decision-making across the business. This role works closely with the go-to-market teams and plays a vital part in supporting Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) delivery and analysis.

Your role:

Some of the responsibilities of this exciting opportunity include:

Business Intelligence (BI) Development & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other BI outputs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to explain and interpret insights from BI outputs (e.g., Growth/Business Unit performance).
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for data and insights.
  • Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate and delivered on time.

CRM Management:

  • Build and maintain CRM activities and reporting processes.
  • Ensure the CRM platform is up-to-date and running efficiently.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain effective CRM activities.

Data Quality & Innovation: 

  • Drive improvements in data quality to enhance reporting accuracy and insights.
  • Explore AI opportunities to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
  • Select and optimize BI tools and methodologies.
  • Recommend KPIs and measurements that align with business objectives.

About You:

We’re ideally looking for the following skills & experience:

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth experience with Microsoft analytics stack, including SQL Server, Power BI, DAX, and SQL.

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.

Communication:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and influence senior stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong attention to detail with a logical and inquisitive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Commercial Focus:

• Demonstrated ability to drive business results through data analysis.

Self-Motivation:

• Proactive and self-driven, continuously challenging and improving insights and outputs.

Time Management:

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
