Findel is an eCommerce educational resources supplier in the UK and International schools and nurseries marketplace. We own several general and specialist educational brands; Hope, GLS, Davies Sports, Philip Harris, Spa4Schools, A-Z and LDA.

Your Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Continually growing the customer base, promoting the Wales Contract Framework and all its features and benefits, ensuring that our wide range of products reaches schools to inspire the next generation of learners.

• Effective account management of existing customers in order to optimise revenue, understanding customers’ future plans as well as preparing & presenting MI reports to key stakeholders in order to influence their decision making.

• Identifying and developing new accounts, in conjunction with marketing initiatives, product launches, promotions, exhibitions & road shows.

• Keeping our customers happy by identifying, understanding and exceeding their needs and objectives.

• Providing compelling value-added proposals, recommending the appropriate Findel solutions including digital ordering platforms and integration, business consolidated orders & bespoke service offering.

• Working collaboratively with various teams across the business, including Customer Service, Bids & Tenders, Internal Sales Executives, Distribution, Data & Tech in order to exceed our customers’ expectations.

• Being a Brand Ambassador for Findel, living and breathing our values in everything you do.

About You:

We are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:

• Proven successful key account management/new business development experience.

• Strong commercial & customer focus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work collaboratively with and influence stakeholders.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

• MS Office proficient and a high level of digital awareness.

• Full driving licence

• DBS certificate (we will apply for this on your behalf when you start in the role).
