Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Looking to work for a market leading online retail brand? An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly and supportive Digital Marketing Team.

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, creative environment. You’ll own the brand’s eCRM channel and help us grow our affiliate network.

Your Role:

o Working alongside the Content Team to build best-in-class email campaigns.

o Creating and maintaining automated email journeys.

o Building website pop-ups on an ad hoc basis.

o Analysing campaign and automation performance and making data-driven optimisation recommendations.

o Reporting on eCRM performance, both weekly and monthly.

o Executing the brand’s eCRM strategy, including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation.

o Working with the Digital Marketing Lead to build an affiliate marketing network.

o Maintaining relationships with affiliates and supporting with requests.

o Distributing content to the affiliate network, including banners and offers.

o Carrying out daily checks to monitor affiliate partner activity, reporting on performance weekly and monthly.

About You:

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Attention to detail

o Ability to work to deadlines / Good time management

o Proactive and can-do attitude

o Analytical mindset – capable of working with large data sets

o Minimum 2 years’ experience in Email Marketing / similar role

o Proficient user of eCRM tools – knowledge of Klaviyo is preferred, but others are acceptable

o Proficient user of Google Analytics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

o Able to work as an individual (autonomous role) as well as part of a busy team

o Commercial awareness

o Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience in Affiliate Marketing
