We’re looking for a creative, tenacious person to use their digital tactics, knowledge and understanding to set us apart from the rest. This hands-on role combines elements of internal and external relationship building, SEO, content and digital PR. You’ll need strong organisational skills, exceptional creativity and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Focussing on the teacher audience, you’ll differentiate us, join in conversations to spark ideas, and get us noticed amongst the crowd.

Your Role:

Some of the responsibilities of this exciting opportunity include:

o Build social media and influencer campaigns/activity including content planning and management, paid media and targeting, optimisation and publishing algorithms, building and engaging communities, social listening and reporting

o Assist in the development of our overarching content strategy

o Use SEO tools as well as your own ability to spot gaps and create engaging and shareable content across various channels

o Assist in the delivery of the content calendar that supports a regular cadence of new campaigns to address opportunities in our sales funnel or through specific personas.

o Work collaboratively with the product and marketing teams, supporting brand campaigns and turning them into content for multiple streams

o Assist with monthly reporting and measuring various performance metrics to track and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics etc.

About You:

You’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

o 2 years + experience in a similar role

o Demonstrate passion for the customer

o Creative spark, high energy, ambitious, innovative, proactive and resourceful,

o Fully proficient in all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram / IGTV, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn)

o Great communicator / a strong storyteller

o Driven, with the ability to work under own initiative

o SEO experience, good HTML knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and other SEO tools – and keen to develop these skills at pace

o Creative copywriting experience

o Data driven, to drive results and continuous improvement

o An understanding of end-to-end customer needs, journeys, and behaviours

o Be ambitious to learn new digital tactics and develop all of the above
