Full Stack NET Developer

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Full Stack .Net Developer to join our expanding Technology team here at Findel as we continue our digital transformation.

The purpose of this role is to design, build, development, deliver & maintain all the internal applications with Findel.

Reporting to the Head of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of delivery utilizing ReactJS, Typescript, .Net and AWS.

You will be required to work collaboratively with various business partners in building solutions/applications, schemas or interfaces to assist platform integration as necessary. You will also be the ‘go to’ person for helping and advising on architecture, usability, scalability and both front-end and back-end best practice.

What we are looking for in you

• Excellent knowledge of .NET framework.

• Knowledge and experience of agile techniques (sprints, backlogs, stand-ups retrospectives, showcases, continuous integration, release-on-demand)

• Relevant experience in CSS/HTML5 front end development

• Understanding of ReactJS and/or other JavaScript Frameworks

• Development of Web/Rest APIs.

• Stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Excellent appreciation of Application/Website navigation and usability essentials.

• A passion for building highly testable, effective and maintainable system

• Positive attitude coupled with day to day problem-solving.

• Use of Trello or Jira for requirements / backlog management.

Desirable skills

• Experience of working in the Ecommerce Industry.

• Experience working on/building Microservices and Distributed System

• Experience working with SQL Server

• Serverless technology

• Experience with some AWS Services - ideally Lambda, EC2 and API-Gateway

• Good knowledge of software design fundamentals/principles (e.g. SOLID)

• Understanding of DevOps and continuous integration techniques

• Able to influence the technical vision of the engineering department
